Henry and Rosa (Haider) Wagner arrived in the United States from Romania via Ellis Island in 1907
Henry was a butcher by trade, and soon found a job. Before long, Henry followed his brother out west and settled in Great Falls, Montana. When he had saved enough money, he sent for his wife, sister, and children.
Henry was killed in a work-related accident. Rosa remarried to Ed Bleich. When Ed died, Rosa moved in with her daughter Irene in Bozeman. When her health began to fail, it was necessary to place Rosa in a rest home, where she died ? years later in 1974.
Henry and Rosa had three children:
Irene Rose Wagner | Born in 1909 in Philadelphia. |
Helen Wagner | Born in 1911 in Philadelphia. |
Harry Wagner | Born in 1912 in Philadelphia. |
