Horace and Mabel Shaler

Horace Winfield Shaler, son of John and Geraldine (Roe) Shaler, was born in Chelsea, Iowa in 1880.

Mabel Inez Squiers, daughter of Franklin and Sarah (Hall) Squiers, was born on April 5, 1878, in Powashiek County, Iowa.

Horace and Mabel were married and had the following children:


Doris Mabel ShalerBorn in 1903. Died in 1947.
Wesley Squiers ShalerBorn in 1904. Married Signe Marie Hedberg. Died in 1965. Wesley and Signe had 4 children.
Sara Margaret ShalerBorn in 1907. Died in 1908.

Horace died in 1942, and Mabel died in 1954.
